Making A Purchase
We accept all major credit cards and echecks via Paypal.
If you would like to purchase one of my bears, but do not wish to pay by Paypal using your credit card, please contact me via email at mandy@sambrookbears.co.uk
I will reserve the chosen bear and dispatch once payment has cleared. I am happy to accept cheques and bank drafts in Pounds Sterling made payable to A Sambrook.

Commissions are very much welcome, so if you have a special occasion coming up and are in need of a unique and personal gift, if you have a certain little bruin in mind or if you want a Sambrook Bear designed and created exclusively for you, then please get in touch.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
UK orders are posted via Royal Mail first class with the exception of teddy bears, which are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day which includes full insurance.
Overseas orders are posted via one of two Royal Mail services. Airmail Small Packets which is the cheapest option and includes insurance up to the value of £39 and International Signed For which includes insurance to cover the full value of the parcel. Please note that overseas orders for teddy bears will be posted by this service.
Delivery Schedule
We always try to despatch orders the same day but where this is not possible, certainly within 24 hours of receipt.
Tax Charges - All orders are VAT free.
