Orders for goods will be immediatly posted via Royal Mail First Class for UK destinations and Royal Mail Air Mail Small Packets, for overseas destinations.


We always try to despatch orders the same day but where this is not possible, certainly within 24 hours of receipt.

UK orders for Teddy Bears are posted via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day which includes full insurance.

Overseas orders for bears are posted via International Signed For Service which includes insurance to cover the full value of the parcel.
